RED2 Communications was built on a simple truth Ray Diggs learned early in life: everybody has a story to tell.
Ray carried that insight into а 15-year journalism career in Southern California, where every sports, business, and community profile revealed the deeper journey behind each person’s achievements. Those experiences shaped his commitment to helping people communicate with clarity, purpose, and impact. Inspired by his father’s final encouragement to “start your own publication,” and supported by his wife’s belief in his vision, Ray founded RED2 Communications to uplift ideas, support businesses, and empower people to share their stories.
Under that same mission, Ray created Reflections with Ray, a podcast dedicated to exploring the personal journeys, challenges, and defining moments that shape people’s lives. Ray’s brother, Michael also echoed Ray Sr’s charge towards starting a podcast.
Reflections with Ray podcast extends RED2 Communications’ purpose-giving voice to stories that inspire growth, resilience, and forward movement. Together, RED2 Communications and_Reflections with Ray_ form a platform built to elevate stories and help people step into their purpose.
